Hawthorne at Weaverville is a pet-friendly community; we love our furry friends! There is a one-time, non-refundable fee of $350 for 1 pet, $500 for 2 pets and $600 for 3 pets. There is a $25 monthly rent per pet and a maximum of 3 pets allowed. Breed restrictions apply.*
